Pickup Orders

As per our tradition, pickup orders for wreaths, centerpieces, and light kits can be placed directly with Evergreen Audubon via our website. Orders can be placed on this webpage until Saturday, October 31st.

Pick-up Details

Items can be picked up at the Evergreen Nature Center, 27640 Highway 74, on the following days:

• Saturday & Sunday, November 21st and 22nd (10am – 4pm)
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday, November 27th, 28th and 29th (10am – 4pm)
• Saturday & Sunday, December 5th and 6th (BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT)

Shipped Orders

Shipped orders are processed directly through our suppliers’ Gift it Forward website. You can order wreaths, sprays, centerpieces, mini-trees, and garlands from October 1st until mid-December, while supplies last. Delivery is based on your order date (see shipping details below), and you can track your order directly through our supplier. Our supplier, Mickman Brothers, will donate 15% of your shipped orders to Evergreen Audubon!

To place a shipped order, use the QR code or visit https://giftitforward.com/fundraising-code/EVERGRCO001. Make sure that the website says Thank You for Gifting it Forward to Evergreen Audubon! to ensure Evergreen Audubon and the Nature Center receive the benefit of this fundraiser.

Shipping Details

Shipped orders placed between Oct 1st and November 16th are considered “PRE-ORDER” and will be processed and shipped around November 16th. PRE-ORDER deliveries to southern states are scheduled to begin arriving in the first week of December to ensure freshness.

If you want to ensure your order isn’t shipped until after Thanksgiving, you have two options:

1. Do not PRE-ORDER; instead, wait until after Thanksgiving to place your order. Allow 1-3 business days for processing and then 2-5 business days for shipping, depending on location. The drawback to this option is that they might run out of the product you want to order; chances are they won’t, but we can’t guarantee it.
2. Go ahead and PRE-ORDER to reserve your item, then immediately contact Mickman Brothers at 763-328-2983 to request a shipping window.
